Made with tofu skins wrapped up into drumsticks, baked at around 425 to develop a nice crust and then dipped in Louisiana Hot Sauce and served with vegan blue cheese dressing
i got some at a local asian store. tofu skin is something they use a lot in Taiwan, i had it before in hotpot. it’s a chewy version of tofu and so flavorful.
Tofu skins!?!?! What? I have never heard of that before but they look delicious!
